An elegant fusion of textures and flavours, this decadent pie begins with a delicate, buttery biscuit base kissed with a touch of sea salt. It’s layered with a rich, velvety dulce de leche, crowned with perfectly ripe whole bananas, and enveloped in a cloud of espresso-infused vanilla cream. Finished with a lavish scattering of fine white chocolate and crowned with milk chocolate shavings for a truly indulgent experience.

For us, it wasn’t enough to just serve a pie—we wanted to create an experience. Layers of golden caramel, fresh banana, and silky cream became the foundation, but we added a little extra sparkle: creativity, finesse, and just the right touch of luxury.
